'Happy Birthday' Banner

This Birthday Banner is handmade with fabric and is meant to be reusable. “HAPPY” and “BIRTHDAY” are on their own lines. If you want it on one continuous line, you can tie the end of the “HAPPY” tie to the beginning of the “BIRTHDAY” tie. Or you can have “HAPPY” stacked above “BIRTHDAY” – as shown in the photos.
